  1. 1.Enganche desde el 25% de la totalidad del préstamo mas costos de cierre.

  2. 2.Documentos generales para solicitar el préstamo (el banco puede solicitarle documentos adicionales):

  3. 3.Declaración empresarial o personal.

  4. 4.Recibos de nomina.
    Llenar solicitud de credito del banco (nosotros le ayudamos a llenarla)
    Si tiene alguna propiedad en México, comprobantes de la misma.
    Estados financieros (estados de cuenta de tarjeta/s de credito y cuenta/s bancarias).
    Identificaciones. (Pasaporte y Visa)

  5. 5.Tasa preferencial del 6%

  6. 6.Se trabajara en forma conjunta entre el inversionista, nuestra compañía, y el banco, de manera que el inversionista necesite venir solamente una a dos veces para la firma de los papeles, cierre de la propiedad y la transacción se culmine de manera pronta y eficiente.

  7. 7.Se les recuerda que en el Estado de Texas como parte de los costos de cierre se requiere un seguro para la escrituración.

y el procesamiento y documentación del crédito se adecua a sus necesidades.

    Si tiene alguna propiedad en México, comprobantes de la misma.
    Estados financieros (estados de cuenta de tarjeta/s de credito y cuenta/s bancarias).

  5. 5.Prestamo a 15 o 30 años, tasa desde 5.25 (puede variar)%
